The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. The Staff was excellent in providing information for questions asked. The shops, stores, and restaurants were within walking distance. Transportion was excellent. Station was very close by.

"Very convenient to Capstan Sky Train station..."

The night before a cruise we needed a hotel that was 1) convenient to the airport 2) convenient to the Sky Train 3) a somewhat doable rate (Vancouver is cashy) 4) has an airport shuttle 5) somewhat close to eating options. The Westin Wall Centre (AKA the WALL) fit all of these requirements. A strip mall is about a 10 minute walk, loaded with eating options, including a Starbucks! The new Capstan Sky Train station is a 5 minute walk. The area is very walkable and we felt very safe, although we did not venture out at night. The bonuses for staying at this property included the fanciest bathroom I've ever seen as well as an extremely polite and efficient staff. A shoutout to Min who checked us in and was delighted that we knew a smattering of Hangugeo. I wish the property had a larger and comfortable gathering area with tables as we like to play cards or backgammon in the evening. We did not use The Apron, the restaurant on property, although the offerings looked very creative and fresh. This was a our first experience with a Westin property and, hopefully, not our last.

"Very nice hotel with great service"

Guest services is great! If you are a member of Mariott bonvoy, they will provide bottled water everyday. Our room was cleaned daily, very nice hotel, bathroom is spacious with tub and separate shower. close to skyline and walking distance restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.
