"Late arrival ok!"

The receptionist, Zipporah, was very professional and helpful for our late arrival and ensuring the room we selected online was kept in the reservation.

Didn't have the same quality and welcome of other Hamptons. Must damp smell on 4th floor. The digital check in didn't work which was a stressor since website says no check in after 11p our arrival was 1a. Fortunately, was able to reach staff to ensure we would be accommodated.

"Breakfast is sub par"

This was literally an overnight stay as we were driving from NY to Myrtle Beach. We arrived at 11:30 pm and we didn't have a key card to activate the front door as we hadn't checked in and I guess they lock the auto entry after a certain time. I had to bang on the door because no one was at reception. then I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to reception. check in was pretty quick and we were given 2 free bottles of water. We basically crashed for the night - there are not a lot of outlets here and we had 4 people with cell phones. the free breakfast buffet was horrible. not much food my family ate. very few options. there was packets of instant grits - no oatmeal. There was some dry cereal. some hardboiled eggs. scrambled eggs. ham (which we don't eat) and no sausage or bacon. there was make your own waffles... but the bread section was awful. only 1 muffin type (some oat crap), not much to toast, no bagels, no danish. so this was a let down. at least parking was free. not sure if we would stay again.

My first room toilet base began to leak a lot once we started using it. When I reported it to the staff due to it begin late evening, she immediately gave us a new room. The second room indeed meet all our needs. This was our second stay at this property, and we feel comfortable using it again.
