The staff was very friendly and helpful all through the night. I had flight issues and the staff left a turnover report for the next shift and kept the process going without any hiccups

On arrival into Buffalo, my friend and I were held up at the airport due to an item being left on the aircraft. As it was past midnight, no one was there and we had to stay at the airport and get their help when they opened the next morning. When I explained my situation to this hotel, the lady who answered my call was very gracious in helping me hold my room, and even gave us an hour extension when we arrived at 6am the following morning so that we could get some rest after our ordeal. It was because of her help that I was put at ease during my ordeal, and I would like to thank the staff for that. Only complaint is the breakfast location, I found it rather small considering the crowd level, and we ended up waiting for quite a while before a table became vacant.

Proximity to The Falls! Staff were wonderful! Liked the gated parking.

The room was nice, but for the price I expected pristine and got a room that wasn't worth the money. The shower was so tiny, the commode was very outdated and looked worn out. There was no where to park long enough to drop me off in front of the door with luggage, the go park across the street. The observation deck was not very nice. The coffee was below par as well as the dining area and breakfast choices.

Front desk was friendly, super helpful. Location was great.
