The Giacomo, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Albergo storico ma che ha il suo fascino. Davanti in pratica alle cascate. Con parcheggio chiuso e custodito dall’altra parte della strada. Per me è la mia moto il massimo. Anche la camera allineata alla storicità dell’albergo. Peró piacevole. Reception molto attiva e gentile. La vista al tramonto del 19esimo piano impagabile.

La location per la colazione ha 9 tavolini e quindi sempre coda per farla.

The hotel is an impressive building from the outside albeit a little worn inside and it is in a really good location for the Falls

I don't normally complain but in this case I feel I have to. All of the plumbing pipes in the rooms are exposed. This wouldn't have been a problem except they were really noisy. At times we felt we were staying in a factory not a hotel due to the noise. I wore ear plugs at night and I could still hear them and sometimes they were so loud they woke me despite the ear plugs. When I asked the reception about them they couldn't have cared less. They said oh you are on the fourth floor so you are hearing the plumbing from all the floors above you. As evidence of the sheer lack of care from this hotel the breakfasts were also dismal.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. Parking was convenient. They had a hot breakfast.

No fitness center or pool.

Liked the room and location walkable to Niagara state park

We dint like the fact that they are so strict with check in and check out times The toilet flush was not working

Struttura molto bella e molto comoda per raggiungere le cascate. Un grande plus è il parcheggio gratuito di fronte all’hotel. Stanze curate con un bagno enorme (vasca da bagno con idromassaggio E doccia), al piano terra forniscono gratuitamente anche caffè e biscotti. Il bar della struttura è molto bello e il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile
