We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at The Giacomo Hotel in Niagara Falls. A special thank you goes to Alishaa at reception, who was incredibly kind, warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, she surprised us with an upgrade to one of the most spectacular rooms we have ever stayed in, a huge penthouse-style suite on one of the upper floors, with an amazing view over Niagara. The room completely exceeded every possible expectation. It was spacious, elegant, comfortable and truly made our stay feel special. Even though the weather was not very friendly during our visit, the hotel experience more than made up for it. Honestly, the accommodation itself became one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was also just right, perfect for starting the day before heading out to explore Niagara. Thank you again to Alishaa and the entire team at The Giacomo. We will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and would love to return one day.

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful! Beautiful and clean rooms. We were definitely pleased! 10/10 recommend!

nice hotel not far from rainbow bridge to go over to Canada.

Only issue was breakfast time food running out not always someone there to fill empty dishes, hot water cold as seems to be in vacuum flask when asking for more to make tea advised to put in microwave to warm the water!!

I stayed in many places during my travels across the USA, but this hotel was truly exceptional — my number one! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the parking area across from the hotel was safe and secure. The room was amazing! It smelled wonderful, beautiful music was playing, it was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. We even had a bioethanol fireplace. The room was very spacious, just like the bathroom. The toiletries smelled incredible, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee was available at all times in the hotel, and we even received warm cookies. The breakfasts were very diverse, with both sweet and savory options. The food was served warm, for example scrambled eggs. I highly recommend this hotel and will recommend it to everyone visiting Niagara Falls. The location is just a few minutes’ walk from the falls. An absolutely fantastic place!!!
