We appreciated dealing with very nice staff. Our villa was very spacious, and beach well maintained. Hotel organized fire show for the guests, which was nice.

Hotel is aging, equipment and rooms are getting old and used. Food at the restaurant is far from five star standard, we finished by ordering almost every night. It is impossible to swim in the sea next to the hotel, which is little disappointing, but nothing that hotel staff can change.

We arrived late in the evening and had a mismatch with our assigned room. The next morning the front desk personnel and the manager picked up our feedback seriously and made sure we were comfortable to stay and enjoy our holiday. A big thank you to the front desk staff and manager!

We stayed in Villa 4, one of the 3 bedroom villas. Spacious rooms and great patio area with lovely private pool. The rooms and pool were cleaned regularly, and towels changed as well. Every day, we got given 4 bottles of water and more coffee capsules and tea bags. The location was really good as the hotel was on the beach which was very quiet. 5 stars definitely go to the restaurant/bar staff - incredibly professional and friendly. They were always happy to help and were great when dealing with my food allergy - gluten. Everyone at the hotel acted in a professional manner, nothing we asked for was ever a problem. A great holiday!

Property due a refurb but this did not affect our stay . Staff amazing . If you are after a quiet , relaxing holiday, away from the hustle & bustle , then would recommend. Beach was so peaceful.
