The Sea Koh Samui Resort & Residences by Tolani

Schöne kleine Anlage, aber unser Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber, weshalb wir nur 2 nachte geblieben sind. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren aber extrem freundlich, haben alles versucht und sind uns sehr entgegengekommen. Wir können somit sagen, dass wir das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen können.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber.

Our stay at The Sea was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The three ladies who we would see at breakfast, Ja, Om and Filmmy, were outstanding and always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The restaurant for the hotel is also right next to the beach with fabulous views of neighbouring islands. As it was low season the hotel was very quiet which was great for us. The breakfast included with our stay had a great selection and was all freshly prepared for us as we ordered. We had lunch and dinner once during our stay at the hotel and the Thai food was lovely and really good value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we were able to get to the places we wanted to visit easily. It is a 10-15 minute Grab journey to Fisherman’s Village and the same in the opposite direction to Nathon beach where you can see the sunset. Any excursions we booked included pick up from this hotel too. The room we had was a plunge pool room and the pictures did not do the pool justice as it was a lot bigger than expected. The room was a great size for two of us and the bathroom area was huge. Whilst it is a little dated and tired in places they are renovating the hotel in stages so this will change but also did not impact on our stay. Renovations were taking place during our stay but did not disrupt any part of it. The hotel communicated that the renovations were taking place in advance and offered us a free cocktail each day and 25% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. I also celebrated a birthday whilst staying at The Sea and I was gifted a card, flowers and a wonderful celebration at breakfast which included singing happy birthday and a small cake with candles, a lovely gesture. Great service, great value for money, great location and wonderful staff and we would definitely stay here again.

Getting a little tired in places in the rooms but renovations are happening and this in no way impacted our stay and I would still return.

It was clean, right next to clean beach and well maintained benches with umbrellas and other very sober and humble staff service

They should correct the pictures or allot same stay according to given pic in the booking.com Well initially there was confusion but later staff was very kind and humble and they changed accordingly

La camera, la tranquillità del resort e della spiaggia, lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente. Per il nostro viaggio di nozze abbiamo scelto una camera con idromassaggio e piscina privata ed era bellissima. Di fronte al ristorante del resort c'è una spiaggia tranquilla con qualche ombrellone e sdraio (quando siamo stati noi erano sempre mezzi liberi), il mare era bellissimo e alla fine nei giorni in cui non avevamo escursioni prenotate siamo rimasti lì senza sentire la necessità di vedere altre spiagge dell'isola. Anche il ristorante interno è molto buono, sogno ancora la marmellata al cocco che c'era al buffet della colazione. Insomma è stata una settimana indimenticabile ❤️

Our stay at The Sea Koh Samui Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The resort itself is breathtaking – a perfect combination of beachfront beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and well-designed, spacious rooms that allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. What made our experience truly stand out, however, was the people. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sak and Mr. A for their professionalism and kindness, as well as to Ms. Om and Ms. Wut from the bar, whose friendly smiles, warm attitude, and wonderful service brought a special charm to every evening. Their personal touch turned each visit to the bar into a highlight of our stay. Thanks to this amazing team, we felt more like cherished guests than visitors. It is rare to find such a genuine level of hospitality, and it made our time at The Sea even more memorable.
