I liked how it was close to the concert we were attending. The room was very clean!

I didn’t like how loud it was at night, but that could just be the people outside and not the hotel.

The rooftop bar was absolutely perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were extraordinary, the location was okay, parking was a bit confusing but easiest downtown I’ve ever navigated if you’re going to the BOK center for a concert this is the only place you should stay.

Parking. That’s it.

Took the kids to the Billie Eilish concert. Great location,very comfortable rooms, a bit dark but nice. Beautiful building and a wonderful staff

No snacks or vending available. Phone in room did not work- the handset didn't function but the phone speaker allowed me to dial from desk. Rooftop was not available to go up and see on Sunday or Monday- a bit annoying since a selling point is supposed to be the rooftop view.
