Location is great! Easy walk to BOK center and downtown restaurants

Bed was uncomfortable and creaky

The location was convenient for an event we were attending at the BOK Center. Staff was nice.

The rooftop bar was closed during our stay. The rooftop bar was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Also I believe that the room price was greatly inflated on the one night we stayed there due to the Paul McCartney concert. I did not like the fact that there was not a desk or table in the room. We ordered room service and had nowhere in the room to sit and eat our food.

Good room, nice staff

Coffee! The coffee in the room was pretty dreadful. There were signs and a coffee urn in the reception area, but the urn was full of hot water. The cafe opened after I left, and was Starbucks, a chain I try very hard to avoid. But Starbucks’s bad coffee would have been better than none. Alas I left the hotel under caffeinated.

Huge room! Bigger than a lot of apartments! Outstanding helpful staff.
