Great location downtown and the building is beautiful . Loved our suite which was nice and big! The 1925 lobby bar was great and Rich makes an excellent Cosmo!

Doesn’t smell very good as you walk in.

This is supposed to be a top notch luxury property. I booked a suite with a full kitchen. The full sized refrigerator was not cold. The ice maker was not on. The kitchen did not have dishes nor utensils. The sink did not have dish soap, paper towels or dishwasher detergent. The phone was oddly placed- inside a lamp- and not plugged in. The bedroom didn’t even have a phone. The furniture was devoid of any kind of decor. It was just… weird. The historic property itself is lovely and the staff was friendly. But room service ends early and the food menu in the bar is very limited.
