Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Frittata breakfast was excellent. Their store offered healthy frozen food options which I loved and I was able to splurge with ice cream as well. I was disappointed that pool was indoor, but that was my fault that I didn’t read. Room was comfortable and A/c was great. While the hotel was close to freeway, there was a lot of construction making it hard to get around easily. I also had a misstep and the manager went above & beyond to help me. Thank you Elizabeth.

It was close to the malls

The pool was extremely cold, with no vending machines. The person at the front desk was not friendly nor helpful. The property only had 1 luggage cart. The breakfast was cold and very lacking. Had only enough eggs for 1 person, had only sausage, no bacon, bread was stale, no juice.
