Secret Cabins at Firefly Beach

I really enjoyed this Hotel because the beach is near, you don’t have to pay for the beach. And the staff are very friendly with us.

The location is very good, the place is cozy, the staff are very nice and welcoming

I was advised to upgrade my room the day before coming into Negril (which was good advice) but if I wanted to cancel a night will be charged which made me feel trapped into choosing the hotel, they have to make the communication better to avoid misunderstandings, the issue was handled very well by the staff who where friendly and accommodating, it just felt uncomfortable

Love this place, best location on the beach, super friendly staff and you feel safe all the time, it's a quirky property with many varying rooms/ cabins but it is wonderful every time I come.

The cabins were super cute with a rustic beach vibe and amazing value for the price. The beds were pretty comfy and the outside bathroom was clean and easy to access. Towels were provided (both for the shower and for the beach) which was super helpful. The absolute best thing was the location as we couldn't be closer to the water - it was literally a 60 second walk away! There are loads of restaurants on seven mile beach so you'll be spoiled for choice for restaurants. The staff, especially Mauvette, at Firefly were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and simply lovely people! I recommend booking activities via Mauvette at the front desk - we had a great time helmet diving with Curtis & Dennis, and Fritz the taxi driver was one of our favourite people in Jamaica! Thank you for making our holiday so incredible :)

I should get a credit back for the SHACK I was put in? Unbelievably bad. Worst accommodations anyone could ever have?….. And the rumor is the place has been sold so all the employees are uncertain of their future employment. I felt really bad for them they are such excellent workers and deserve to move forward with what it will be on the future. I pray for them🙏
