one side of the room is old wooden shutters. therefor we heard everything!! people walking past, traffic and the booming of music from nearby resorts. not quiet at all!! we will never stay here again!!! and will not recommend it

Yes, It was right on the beach! Yes, it had a lot of garden space. Yes, it had a seating area on the beach

The room was a cabin with cracks and holes where animals had chewed through the wire mesh to enter the space. Because it was a would cabin it also had leftover dust from the insects that had burrowed into the walls. lots of dust when you touched things- we slept in the car on the second day because the dust was creating wheezing and allergy issues for both of us. The property is aware that its pictures are misleading on booking because before we reached the cabin the concierge was telling us we could upgrade for an additional fee because guest state the pictures online are misleading.

This is a perfect hidden gem in Negril! The staff is absolutely amazing. From being helped before my stay online, til my very last day! Above and Beyond Customer Service! Beautiful beach, super amazing housekeeping, good food at restaurant on property. I’ve stayed at the 5stars in Negril, and I’d choose Firefly over any of them 10x over….. I will definitely be visiting them again and bringing family to experience this fabulous property. If you are looking to experience true Jamaica, trust me you will love this place💛💚❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Die Huetten sind sauber aber nicht mueckendicht.das Jacuzzi ist nicht mehr in Betrieb. Waschbecken in Wc locker und nur eine Heisswasserdusche. Freier Kaffee morgens heisst hoechstens 2 Tassen bis 10 uhr. Oft wird der Durchgang zum Strand von Hotelfremden benutzt.Strand und Garten sind super.! Manchmal laute Musik bis 3 Uhr.
