The staff told me that the pool was heated but it was actually freezing. I only chose this hotel because of the pool for my kids, so that was a big let down, but they managed to rally and play in it for a while.

Check- in was very easy. I appreciated the suggestion for restaurants close to the hotel. We stayed in a king size room, which was very clean. The bed had an extra thick mattress for a very comfortable sleep. We missed the morning breakfast due to an early morning doctor’s appointment.

I think outside lightning could be better, but honestly driving at night in Derby, KS the street lights were not very bright.

Rooms were large, comfortable and very clean.. The hot breakfast buffet was very good with many options. We used the indoor pool and appreciated it's ease of accessibility with walk in pool entry.

Shower had glass doors and opening was narrow for me. It also leaked outside the shower and made the floors slick.

It was clean

Everything is so convenient and the staff is so helpful.
