I like the pillow options. I slept great! Like the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom as well.

Great room! Modern fixtures and walkin shower. Very comfortable bed. Nice bedding. AC was on when I walked inside, and TV had welcome sign with my name. NICE TOUCH. Nice Pool. Great breakfasts options: sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles and muffins. Finally found the in-room coffee under the tv. Towels might be a little thicker. Definitely will return!

Bedbugs! Place seemed nice on checking in, new and clean everything. But once I turned out the lights, bedbugs appeared in my bed. Staff was very helpful and apologetic, but I had to check out and leave in the middle of the night. I’m not going back.

The beds we comfortable and clean. The waffles were delicious.

The pool water was very chilly for an indoor pool. The breakfast was okay but the gravy was not good.

It is located equidistant from my daughters in Haysville and Rose Hill. It’s always very clean. The staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, snd helpful.

I liked that it is in a safely located area, close enough to Wichita without having to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. It has many shopping and eatery options nearby. The staff are genuinely friendly. The only note of concern is that the room cleaning service needs to ensure that after they clean the rooms, they lock the doors behind them. My room was left unlocked for almost 5 hours. I am a public servant and had uniform items and electronics that could have been taken had someone decided to snoop around. Other than that, this hotel would have gotten 5 stars.

My daughter stayed there because of Domestic Violence. When she went up to the front to check out and talk to the manager. The manager went off on her. What type of person goes off on a Domestic Violence Victim? And he accused her of something she did not do. He is very rude and hateful!!!!!!! I have made a complaint to the corporate office against him. Because when I called up there to talk to him about it, he hung up on me.Without talking to me. And when I called again, he answered the phone and said I know who you are, I have all of your information. And if you call again, I will be calling the police. For one, he did not know who I was because I did not give my name. The only thing he might have had is my phone number. And kind of impossible to have all of my information if you do not talk to me.
