Blue Elk Inn

We loved this Inn! The beds were so comfortable & the rooms very clean. We never heard the neighboring rooms once inside our room. The grounds are immaculate & we loved sitting outside on the patio for the hot breakfast. The Inn is not in the center of town (which we enjoyed) but close enough to drive down for dinner. The rooms either face the front parking lot or the back of the Inn. We were lucky to get a room facing the back (room 302) which allowed us to sit on our patio in the evening without the sun beating down on us. The back of the Inn has 2 fire tables, a large patio, the pool & saunas. Something for everyone! We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the 3-bedroom suite and were blown away by how spacious, clean and comfortable it was. The queen and king rooms had TVs in them as well as the main living area - no TV in the bedroom with 2 full beds which was fine (that room was huge too you could totally bring a pack and play and set it up in there). Can't stress enough how clean it was, and the kitchen had everything you needed too. Breakfast was also exceptional - first day was biscuits and gravy and the next breakfast tacos and the drip coffee was really good too. At 5pm they serve chocolate chip cookies. The pool was clean and we had a great time using it. The grounds were also very well kept and was great for our kiddo to run around and meet other kids. This location is a little bit of a walk to town but the privacy of not being by the main road was great. We didint rent the bikes but saw there were being used. They also had firepits which were lovely to use. Did not use the sauna - but you could reserve those. All of the staff was very kind as well. We will be staying here again.

I know this is lame - but could always use more towel racks in the bathrooms when there are more than 2 people sharing a bathroom - difficult for towels to fully dry. But that isnt really a miss - it's like this in many hotels. Loved Blue Elk Inn.

Very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious.

The first hotel We've stayed at with a truly comfortable bed. Quiet atmosphere, and very clean. highly recommend.

Nothing to not like.

The amenities were top notch, particularly the pool, hot tub, wet sauna and dry sauna.
