The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel

Nothing to like from this place. The pictures are nothing like what the hotel looks like. We had reserved ocean view and got pool view. The concierge argued that it was ocean view. There was a horrible smell and housekeeping does not do your bed or clean. We checked out the very next day!

Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful. We had a few frustrating experiences and staff helped immediately. We will definitely recommend the stay at The Elements to anyone.

You don’t need to pay big money to be closer to all the activities.... in fact Cancun is further away from Xcaret, the Mayan Ruins and much more... Playa Del Carmen is Safe and centralized for 90 percent of the places.

It was real nice experience at the elements. The rooms were very large plenty of room to roam ...close to beach & 5th Avenue....My only complaint was our couch was very low to ground . It made very difficult to get out of it

Beautiful location and unit. Quiet but walking distance to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. You really don't need to rent a car. Our unit was modern and had a lux feel that made our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved the spectacular ocean view. The unit was spacious inside and outside with its furnished patio. The sparkling pool was just down stairs and the beach steps beyond that. I was initially hesitant to book a condo-hotel versus a full service hotel. I wanted this to be a memorable vacation for my family and not feel like we were staying at a shabby timeshare. My concerns disappeared as soon as I arrived. The Elements looks like a high end residence even from the outside. Inside there is wall to wall travertine tiles. The kitchen and bath were very updated. All the rooms were spacious and clean. There was even a washer and dryer in our unit. The AC kept us in comfort from the warm weather. We had a personal concierge who stayed in touch to help with any issues which we didn't run into at all. All in all I am so glad we chose the Elements, and I hope to stay here again the next time we vist Playa Del Carmen. it is definitely at the top of my list.

This place is unbelievable! Beautiful location, great amenities, spacious bedrooms, great living room and kitchen.,I would love to buy a place like this and retire there. I can’t find enough great things to say about this place

Great spot, felt very secure, right in front of a private beach just meant for hotel guests.

Good location. Pool was very nice and warm. The unit we stayed however was dirty and not cleaned properly.
