The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel

The property is located near 5th ave and the beach and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The condos are nice and spacious. The pool is amazing very clean, the location is super nice because is close to the beach but not in the middle of the nite life. The only disappointing thing was their lack of communication we had a unit in which the dryer was not working and we tried to contact maintenance but no one answered to emails or phone calls.

The property was beautiful, maintained very well, very cleanly. Pool was cleaned everyday, the room was awesome, very nice! We did lose power for a day took them hours just to come in and UN-trip the switch lol. It’s right on the beach & every room has a big balcony with partial view of ocean & full view of the pool. The only bad part was all the seaweed, not recommended for beach day. Would definitely stay again!

We liked: the privacy, the pool, the staff, the apartment, the location, good internet connection. We did not like: the beach.

Everything was great. The beds were not very comfortable.

Second time staying at the Elements. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. Pool and beach area is perfect. Great location to 5th Ave. Quite and safe.

Miguel was a great help in all areas. Showed me the complex, recommended restaurants near the condo and sent door change of codes promptly. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would return again if ever in Playa del Carmen

Location is great, some of the best beach area in Playa.

The Elements is a great place to stay amd the staff is amazing..i recommended this place and the location is awesome..
