The Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo Hotel

Great location Quite but super close to restaurants and all The only downside was the beach in the front has a bad smell ..

Disappointing property. No ocean view, poor communication, beach was smelly like sulfur, ant hills all over beach, crawling all over you. Food scarce & terrible, no cleaning of room or no extra towels, no one spoke English. Skip this place!

This condo hotel is good but not excellent. It was built in 2006. The first unit we stayed in was very run down, worn out and most appliances didn’t work or only half worked so they eventually moved us. The second unit was better but we still had problems with the dishwasher and one toilet. Kitchens are horribly designed and not well equipped. I talked to a women in the pool and she said her unit still had everything original and look tired. Another man the stove and dishwasher in his unit did not work. Location is good, safe and near grocery stores and shops, beach is just okay (there was considerable erosion during our stay), the pool is large and excellent. So renting here is iffy.

I liked everything about this property. The view from our balcony was beautiful!! Staff greeted us with a smile and answered every question we had. All I can say is thank you and would definitely stay at The Elements again.

We find very dirty the condominium, all the bed sheets there was very dirty, and we did the reservation long time a go for to give time to prepare everything and was very unexpected the mess

Location of this condo property is so convenient to everything, X parks, PDC downtown, shopping and dinning options are abundant nearby within walking distance. The property manager Miguel is exceptional! The communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Miguel is on top of everything we requested and provided in time. We had a minor injury at the Xpark and needed prescription medicine but could not find it in the closeby pharmacy, Miguel took it over and delivered the much needed medicine to our apartment within an hour! We are really grateful for his exceptional service, so would definitely recommend the property to anyone who’s looking for non-all inclusive vacation rental in PDC area! Again many thanks to Miguel, our wonderful rental manager!

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Conveniently located, with a great swimming pool and a very nice beach club too. Excellent value for money.

I loved that it did not have a hotel property atmosphere. It felt like home but with a beach front view and an awesome pool. Very friendly staff . Julio the security at the beach gate was awesome. Loved this place also big thanks to Miguel

It has everything you need and I loved the decoration, staff was a bit too quiet didn’t really make you feel welcome besides the gentlemen who helped me virtually Miguel, other than that it was great! Plenty of towels and activities to do at the beach!
