We loved the charm and character of the inn. The historic home was beautiful, cozy, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the property had a relaxing atmosphere that made for an enjoyable stay. The location was also convenient for exploring Napa, and the unique character of the inn made it feel much more special than a typical hotel.

The biggest disappointment was the communication and customer service regarding an incorrect breakfast charge. We were charged for breakfast that we did not have, and despite multiple messages requesting a refund, the issue was not resolved. Responses were delayed, and after being told the refund had been processed, my bank confirmed there was no pending credit. I ultimately had to dispute the charge. It's unfortunate because the inn itself is lovely, but the handling of this situation left a negative impression and took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was fantasic, though not included in prices as advertised. Still, at $15 I was happy. Room was clean, wonderful bathtub, really enjoyed stay. Parking has 3 spots. we got there early and waled and took Lyft so wasn a problem. Seems to be plenty of street parking as well.
