We enjoyed the location and the small but cozy room. The neighborhood was easily walkable and it was fun staying in a B&B.

We appreciated having a breakfast but too much lemon in the florentine Eggs Benedict…it overwhelmed.

Excellent location for all we wanted. Easily walk to downtown Napa and the bus station that we used regularly. Tim was most welcoming and always responsive. Rooms were clean, comfy bed and lovely up to date bathroom. Breakfasts were plentiful and we really enjoyed the muesli along with the other things on offer. A lovely quiet location which enabled us to relax and sleep well. Would highly recommend.
