I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant due to several issues. First, there was a very strong and unbearable odor throughout the room and hallways. The smell made it difficult to relax or even stay in the room comfortably. Additionally, the floors creaked loudly with every step, to the point where it was disruptive and made it uncomfortable to move around at all. Because of these conditions, I was unable to complete my stay and had to leave one day earlier than planned. This was both inconvenient and disappointing, especially as I had expected a comfortable and restful experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests. I would also appreciate consideration for compensation or a partial refund due to the shortened stay caused by these conditions.

It can't be helped since this is an old and historical vintage property, but the hallways, staircase and general walking areas inside are soooo noisy

Great price. Very good location. Clean room. Fun quirky little inn. Staff friendly and accommodating with late check in.

Pretty tight little room and bathroom. Toilet hard to flush. Staff seemed to struggle with breakfast service. (Dirty fork, no glasses, stressed appearing server). That said, food was good and staff clearly was making an effort.

The public areas are comfortably appointed with historic charm. We loved room #1 on the corner, very large. We enjoyed the two course breakfast, especially the homemade muesli. Check-in and out was a breeze. Kudos to the hard working staff.

There were no negatives.

Spacious, comfortable, central location, in walking distance from many restaurants, friendly staff.
