Echt super gemütliches Zimmer, sehr liebevoll und passend eingerichtet! Super Frühstück, tolle Lage! Das beste war aber der Kamin im Zimmer, und das bereit gestellte Feuerholz! Echt ein Traum, der für mich in Erfüllung gegangen ist! Danke! ❣️

Das Reinigungspersonal war zwar da, um das Bett zu machen, aber der Müll war nicht weggeräumt, Wasser nicht nachgebracht, obwohl wir danach fragten, und auch die Gläser waren 3 Tage unverändert gebraucht. Nicht schlimm, aber doch eine ehrliche Bewertung. Trotzdem danke!

The Vanessi is a hidden gem. The most unique hotel we've ever stayed at. Every room is decorated differently. It is dated but clean. Our room had a sitting room in front, a huge bedroom area, a sun room and a private outdoor porch area. The people were very accomodating and gracious. Tons of eating within easy walking distance from the hotel and a very easy walk to The Plaza. Breakfast buffet was good and the fruit and yogurt bar was awesome. We did not eat lunch or dinner on site but there is a restaurant on site and bar. We would not think twice about booking The Vanessi again!

The quaint cute New Mexico looks good only in pictures. Very poorly maintained. The room smelled musty, rug stained. Water in the bathrooms was just a trickle. Heat only in the bedroom, bath was freezing. Not enough bedding. Nobody answers calls or responds to messages. Minimal or no staff. Resort fee of $30 per day and additional fees is a joke! Does not have even the basic amenities, much less a resort.

Good location

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep because light was coming through the door blinds, which did not block it properly. The shower was loose and not properly secured. The toilet was also not working correctly and wouldn’t flush. We expected a much better level of comfort.

Suite was misnomer. I expected an adjoining small living room space +_ kitchenette. Maintainance was not at good. Outside chairs had seen better days. One had leather all torn up. Could not sit on the patio. Room was cramped, no sitting chair, no desk or chair to work.
