Rooms were clean and comfortable, wonderful sleep and close to all the wineries. Lovely on site wine tastings by Turkey Flats was a nice surprise

The staff were not the most helpful or welcoming, they seemed understaffed and very busy always running from one place to the next.

The reception area was a lovely entry to the property, staff were welcoming and accomodating where possible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding at Hentley Farm.

It was raining during our stay and we didn’t have an umbrella. Of course, no one can control the weather, but it was a little difficult to get around the property without getting wet due to lack of shelter. The rooms have wood/laminate floors, we would have preferred to have a rug in the room for warmth/comfort. This also impacted us on the bottom floor, as the guests above us were walking around quite a bit early in the morning and there was minimal sound insulation. Everything else was amazing.

The location was good.

The bathroom flooded on our first night. When using the shower, water started coming out of the bathroom drain. No one on reception after hours so had to call a number and change rooms. No upgrades or apology from the venue. Rooms small, window had no flyscreen so could not open window without bugs coming in. Lumpy beds and pillows. Drain smell. Poor soundproofing. Tiny bathrooms. Drab grounds and view to an overgrown grassed area. Very rundown.

Room looked nice & was very clean but there was a lot of noise travelling between the rooms and the two sides of the bed did not match at all, one side was so soft it felt like it was leaning the other side was extremely hard
