Very good room and great restaurant

Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent continental breakfast inclusions, certainly enough. Great Biologi toiletries. Superb view back to the Grampians and over the courtyard garden. Very good food in Parker St, with some indigenous ingredients and technique - obviously a bit pricey by regional standards, but local wines fairly priced.

Relying on a mix of overseas and local staff. Some very strong accents with a few of the former and some slightly clutzy behaviours from one of the latter. But it’s a very difficult place to find experienced, well trained local staff who will stay, and everyone’s intentions were good, so it didn’t affect the experience. In room tv had very complicated remote control. A bit too smart for us.

Room, bed and bathroom were great. We had an evening meal at Parker St. Food was top notch as was the service. Very good 👍

N/a. We had a minor issue with the TV in our room but it was fixed by a staff member promptly.

Perfect location in lovely Dunkled, a beautiful setting close to the Grampians and bush land

Room was very clean and well equipped with nice breakfast but a little worn and dated. We had a mountain view room but the garden had grown over the view of the mountains. King bed was two single beds pushed together which was less comfortable than we had hoped. This was disappointing at this high price point. Meal at restaurant was very disappointing, we were not advised in advance we needed to dine from a set menu and that this was the only dining option over a long weekend. We went ahead with the $110 set menu but didn't receive all courses listed menu and some courses were missing components of the meals. Restaurant staff looked to be incredibly busy and in need of more support, unfortunately we had difficulties communicating these dining issues with staff due to language barriers so didn't provide overall feedback.

Beautiful location, scenery and food was incredible.

Cottages are quite a distance from the main building, no toilet or change facilities near the pool which isn’t ideal with a young family.
