Als wir ankamen und unsere Zimmer sahen fiel uns auf, dass die Dusche in der Badewanne war. Was für uns (77jahre und 74 jahre) unmoeglich war einzusteigen. Wir gingen zurück zur Rezeption und fragten ob es ein Zimmer gaebe welches evtl. eine ebenerdige Dusche hätte. Daraufhin bekamen wir die Antwort Ja allerdings sollten wir 50$ pro Nacht zuzahlen, da es sich um ein famielenzimmer handelte. Da unser englisch limitiert ist rief ich meine Töchter an um mir zu helfen. Nach langem unfreundlichem hin und her gaben wir nach und zahlten die 250$. Da sie uns „anboten“ die Buchung zu stornieren und wir Angst hatten auf der Straße zu enden. Selbst die Dusche im famielenzimmer ist sehr einzusteigen. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte es wäre eindeutig einzusehen bei der Buchung dass alle Badezimmer so ausgestattet sind welches nicht wirklich zutrifft da man durch mehrere (ca.50) Bilder scrollen muss um ein sehr verwinkeltes Bild eines Badezimmers zu finden. Selbst beim 2. Schritt welcher sich speziell auf das gebuchte Zimmer fokussiert gibt es kein eindeutiges Bild. Wir fragen uns was Rollstuhl Fahrer oder Ähnliches machen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Spacious studio type layout with kitchenette and ensuite Older style but very functional . Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water Quiet location and good value for money I’d use again for a short stay Easy access to the airport

Not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues , the shower is over the bath Not overly handy to eateries
