The room was comfortable and location great Some things to improve: - no body soap/wash was given in toiletries - the tea and coffee station in the common area was not maintained well between days (no clean cups, dirty cups still there, no water in the kettle) -check in: wasnt the easiest i had to call for information (codes etc)

I had a great stay here! Jake provided me with lots of helpful information, and when I had to change my booking he was very understanding and professional about it. It's a short walk from all the places I needed to be in Hobart and the room was very comfy. Would definitely stay again!

"Large, spacious room with huge kitchen and lovely view"

The room was huge, staff were lovely and the location was great. Close to many bars and restaurants

The bed was so uncomfortable. Sorry to say, but it was the worse bed I have ever slept on and for 6 nights it was almost torture

"A romantic step back in time."

Dex was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable.

No shower screen or curtain in the bathroom making the floor very wet. Advertised as a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast.

Spacious large unit for 3 pax Modern kitchen Comfortable beds

Arrival into unit a little complicated. Self arrival was fine however with phone contact from manager. No staff at any time available
