Bed way to soft. They need replacing

Beautiful old building, with loads of charm. The staff member was very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Love the old world charm, enjoyed the fireplaces in sitting rooms and the pool table.

I loved staying here! Best place I’ve stayed in Tasmania to date - wish we stayed more than a night as we passed through as it was SO beautiful and comfortable. The billiards room and chess boards set up in front of the fires are the cherry on top!

We first stayed at Franklin Manor 34 years ago for our honeymoon. We loved it so much we thought we would stay again. It didn't disappoint us, love th place

It was very quiet. We didn't see any other guests

The rooms are small but the overall building is amazing. Great old building, wonderful sense of history, Nice fires and feeling to the place. We were the only guests, it was winter but I think it had only just re-opened. The manager was very hospitable, was missing a few ingredients for my partners cocktails but the place had a great feel.

A beautiful, warm place. Open fires and big rooms. Very lovely.
