Location

Frogs hopping about during night landing on face and body. Harmless green frog but…. Yes not really in control of operators but Wife didn’t think it was funny. Front door almost disintegrating (rotted)so much so that bottom half moved in/out at least 200mm. Not very secure at all.

We were booked a unit with continuous banging noise in one room. The managers were aware of the issue, which they were unable to fix. Nonetheless, they booked the room for us and made no effort to resolve the issue. One of our party was eventually moved, on the final night, after complaining each morning. The management were indifferent. They even claimed to have tried to contact me by phone but could not show this on their system, and no calls were received or missed on my phone. Dishonest.

Location to train and city. Pool. Shower was good. Comfortable bed.

Stayed 5 nights. Towels and room only attended once . Did put notice on door to make up room twice without action. No info book in room . Asked at desk and told it was being upgraded. Tea sachets only replaced when I saw a cleaner. Abc and sbs channels dont work they stop and start. Only 7 and 9 channels worked. Rooms need a revamp . Basin badly scratched, carpets worn. Needs better pillows. Triple dispensers of soap etc are too difficult to use. Especially the middle one. Get rid of them. Overpriced for what we received.
