Close to everything

1: air conditioning smelled like wee filters and air con looked like never been cleaned. Kids had to sleep on a sofa couch but the mattress was brown and old and thin. Kids woke up on the floor. No milk. Rushed by the reception to check in. Dirty marks everywhere . Mismatched furniture like it was all thrown together. . Spent the smae money for an apartment on the sunshine coast and the difference was phenomenal. My folks are staying in the other Aruba resort and it's no better. Bad air cons dirty room and they are 80 and have to walk up multiple stairs. I feel like the standard on the goldcoast has dropped because they know someone will eventually have to pay. So disappointed.
