All bookings made for arrival the same day must arrive during office hours Guests booking to travel in the next 2 days must contact the resort directly, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation, in order to confirm their reservation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, you must the property in advance. Late check-in can not be guaranteed without prior arrangement. Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property requires a preauthorization hold of AUD 200 credit card upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be released at the end of your stay. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 days for this amount to show back in your account. Payment via bank transfer is available if arranged 30 days prior to arrival.
