"We had a very enjoyable stay and loved our view from our room and the property locarion."

Pool and BBQ area very nice and well maintained. Our room was in a great location

Our Check in wasn’t available until 3.30. The lift on level 5 wasn’t working which meant we had to use the stairs The water was unavailable for a couple hours There is not a community area that is available after 9pm to gather if you are in a group. Residents were not very friendly

"Wish our stay had been longer!"

Truly had an amazing stay, great location, nice spacious rooms, we really felt comfortable.

Only thing we wish the apartments had was a good frying pan and a sharp knife otherwise nothing.

Pool and location to shops

Unfortunately, due to construction of the light rail on the highway directly below our unit, it was extremely difficult to sleep due to noise and flood lights coming into the property - all hours of the day AND night. Noise during the day also meant you could not be in the unit without the door closed to avoid unpleasant noise. Also meant air con had to be run constantly, and fresh sea breezes could not be taken advantage of.

Cutlery, plates, etc were not clean. Dishwasher has bad odour and doesn’t clean properly. Grumpy residents watching every move.

"Well positioned base for Burleigh Heads"

Very well located for the beach, bars, and shops in Burleigh Heads. We were placed in the corner facing the pool which was a very quiet spot. Reception wasn’t open on Sunday afternoon when we arrived so picked keys up from a lockbox. Instructions left with the keys for car parking were clear and easy to follow.

Decor was slightly dated. Bed was two singles zipped together which I always find uncomfortable. Kitchen was a hodgepodge of different sized glasses, cutlery, plates etc.
