"We liked the unit but was disappointed about the cleanliness of it"

The property was conveniently located and roomy

The floors were dirty, the hairdryer on the wall blew up and sent sparks out. There was no soap or hand towels plus the shower over the bath was splipery and dangerous.

Location

Current tram line works. During the day was fine but the night works were very disruptive especially to the children. Hard to get a goodnight sleep.

Swell Resort is clean and convenient. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The location was fabulous as everything was in walking distance and I mean 3-4 minutes. The pool was great. Staff were friendly. The car was secure in a locked undercover garage.

The lifts are small and a bit slow which gets a bit stifling in the heat.

"Location and Layout great, just not clean."

Location was great, the apartment layout was also very good.

The apartment was quite dirty, showers and toilets had hair everywhere and very unclean throughout the place. The bin section in the kitchen was filthy and stunk.

Its such a good location even with all the construction its really conveniently located. I walked absolutely everywhere but its also still really close to the bus stops.

As a female solo traveller I would have liked to have had a dead lock on the door. There was only one lock mechanism which at times was confusing as to whether it was locked or unlocked. I never felt unsafe, its a great place to stay but just a suggestion!

close to everything at Burleigh, clean room with everything that I needed, appreciated the wifi and the Netflix

was a bit like a maze getting to my room before I worked out there was two lifts and the front desk accidently confused me to how to get to my parking but once I worked that out it was all good.
