Location was great and I appreciate that parking is included in the booking. The staff were great on arrival and we were communicating before arrival and able to check in early.

Comfortable and clean bed, nice pool area, quiet surrounds.

Couch was dirty, soiled and felt grimy along with the floor Matt. We got a blanket out to cover it and a bandaid was stuck to the blanket. The unit had a smell like old or old musty smell. We advised staff on leaving. They just said thank you. We booked a superior room. We spoke to another couple same room type same cost and they said their room was beautiful. This room was disappointing rm 1048 and should not be classed as superior. Won’t be back unfortunately. Shower head seems to have fallen off h sure in that.

We have stayed here for over 10yrs but this trip the apartment was tired furniture broken, beds inner sprung mattress and extremely uncomfortable. Wi fi not working for most of our week. Vac not working as this is not a serviced apartment we could not clean up. The Swell has definitely gone downhill. Sorry guys

"I wouldn’t stay again."

Location and rooms

I complained that wi-fi wasn’t working and no one came to fix it. I asked about it and they said it was on the maintenance list ????? They obviously didn’t do a follow up. We arrived 1 hour early to check in. Even though keys were in the lock box they said we couldn’t get them. My granddaughter had just had a spinal operation and had to sit around till 2pm We then couldn’t find our room. Roamed around for ages. After speaking to other tenants they also said it was confusing and staff wasn’t very good with instructions.

Location is good, staff friendly.

The pool was filthy. Not only was there a layer of dead bugs covering the entire pool and spar but there bugs swimming throughout the pool so no one was able to swim. Considering it is 30+ most days at the moment, a clean pool is essential.

We liked it because it was close to shops. Even though the construction for the light rail was going on. The swimming pool was very clean. The hallways and the general area and the lifts where clean.

The mattress protector could have been cleaner.Stains
