Lunch and dinner reservations are essential. To book a table please contact the Eco Retreat Reception directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note temperatures in the summer months can reach more than 45 degrees Celsius. During winter months night time temperatures drop below zero degrees. Guests are advised bring suitable warm clothing when staying between June and August. Please note that there is a 1.2% charge when you pay with a Mastercard and a 1.06% charge when you pay with a Visa card. Please note that American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted at this property. A deposit may be required at the property.

Everything, even though it was super hot in April, couldn't fault anything with the temts

It is so isolated to everything and it usually gets hot here, it would be great to see some sort of cooling apparatus to be made available in the tents..

The tent, bed, bathroom and location was awesome.

The tents are a little pricey. And unfortunately didn't sleep well, mostly due to the heat. Which obviously was just the time of year we travelled.

"It felt like being at a 5 star retreat! Will absolutely be returning."

We stayed for 2 nights and booked a restaurant dinner on both occassions and LOVED it. The staff were excellent, from service and efficiency to friendliness. We loved interacting with them, and the food was unbelievable! We were absolutely thrilled.

The only thing I could say is that they ran out of the delicious seasoning for the corn on the second night (which is what made it so spectacular the first night) so we had to send it back and get something else. Staff handled the situation well and made sure we were happy!

The breakfast was only continental as it was out of season, would have preferred a full breakie with eggs but other than that great, arrive was excellent! Great coffee
