I had a decent stay, hotel was in a good location as well. Bathroom however could have been cleaner.

As advertised pool was not at this property it was across in another building No fridge in room bar was closed on top floor & no kettle or coffee in room facilities very poor in such hot weather

Property is clean and in a central location close to restaurants, bars and easy access points to engage in activities. Wonderful view, staff are very helpful, a good overall experience

Fantastic location and views. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The first room assigned to me had no window, but they happily changed the room the next day. Breakfast was good, catering for British, with various types of eggs, lovely bacon, good sausages... but fruit, ( which I prefer) was tinned, and only occasional watermelon, apple or oranges. Also there was ham, cheese, rolls, salad, croissants catering for continental breakfast eaters. Hotel staff very good. Reception was not able to supply an adaptor, for European appliances. I think Malta is very British, and doesn't consider people coming from Italy.(Take or buy your own adaptor). Also, no fridge, tea or coffee in my room. Maybe more expensive rooms have these. Wine choice on rooftop bar is very limited. They need to cater for people who like good wine. Overall, it was very good, for the price, and I do recommend this hotel.

Not sure who would provide 4 or 5 stars to this place but besides looking good from outside, the place is terrible. Staff is not helpful at all and on the border of being rude. Breakfast looks great from a distance but prepared from cheap stuff and tastes terrible. The room was very small, humide, and smelled terribly bad, like someone peed inside and the staff refused to provide another one. I would stay far away from this place despite its good location. Also, they saw my reservation was coming and they offered a shared van service for 25 euro each way, in reality the taxi ride (not shared with anyone) is only 20 euro from the airport. All this place wanted to do is to maximize their profit at our expenses.

although my stay there was pleasant enough. The hotel room did not feel clean. The toilet had a crack in it and smelled of urine each time I flushed. The tub had a stain in it and the floors felt sticky. I just don’t feel that the maids did a good job cleaning the room. The staff there is very kind and accommodating so no complaints there. The location is excellent for walking to and from popular spots. Overall, if ever back in Malta I would give it another try and hopefully the rooms are cleaned properly.
