"The hotel was well situated but lacked a welcoming atmosphere."

Didn't have breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel doesn't have an internal lift and no staff to assist with luggage so the hotel would be very problematic for guests who couldn't carry their luggage up possibly several flights of steps.

Lovely stay. Was a little disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open but understand it was off season. Also understood per ad there was parking on site but had to park in public parking some distance away, difficult when I was very sore from hiking. Staff were very friendly and appreciatef room upgrade .

nice hotel, rooms a bit dated but ok. Breakfast was basic but good, very good restaurant for dinner.

stayed there in summer - room was quite stuffy, hardly any airflow as window could only be opened a few centimetres and no aircon. room was generally clean. breakfast was included in the price but times were quite late meaning guests who have to check out early miss out.
