"Misleading and expensive "

Back-packers compact quality for 4 star prices. Seriously in need of maintenance and updating. Old and cheap fittings and furnishings. Very basic breakfast that wasn't topped up. No parking or lifts. Lots of steep and uneven stairs and no help offered.

"Great old fashion style hotel"

The old fashion style of everything. The staff were great. The location was close to most things.

No overnight parking near the hotel although not many hotels in Thredbo have overnight parking. Most people have to park at P1,2,3,4

"Disappointing for price"

No on site parking, nearest was several hundred metres away. Beds uncomfortable and one single bed was too short for an adult. Bathrooms tiny. Lady at check in chastised us for not booking directly and advised we missed out on a discounted rate and free breakfast because we booked via booking.com. Numerous motorbikes parked at front entrance made it difficult to enter and leave the property. Location was good. Showers hot with great water pressure.
