チェックイン時、駐車場の使用の有無は聞かれ他にもかかわらず、駐車券については何も言われず不思議に思ってしましたが出る時に案の定引っかかりました。 「研修中」と書かれていたので、恐くたまたまかなとは思うのですが、気をつけてくださると完璧かなと思います。 又、シャワーがちょっと扱いにくかったです。ミリ単位で温度が大きく変わるので調節が難しかったのと、途中で止めることができなかったのでとても時間がかかってしまいました

We have used Grand Park Otaru Hotel on 4 or 5 previous occasions so we know it well. The size of the room, the view, the close proximity to shopping and restaurants and the helpfulness of the hotel staff have always been factors that keep us returning to this property. Some of the other hotels we stayed have cut down their services such as daily room cleaning but Grand Park Otaru has tried to maintain their services and its very much appreciated. We always make it a point to end our trip at Otaru as the Rapid Airport train to Chitose Airport starts from Otaru and by boarding our transit train here, the trains are empty and easily accessible from Otaruchikko station.

Perhaps it is due to the economy in Japan, we noticed that a few of the shops are now shuttered and the Aeon Mall is not the same as during the pre covid period. Some of the restaurants that we frequented before are no longer there.

Overall is good experience, good location, convenient to buy stuffs where Aeon is located downstairs with shops like Daiso. 2 points would suggest to improve, parking seems a bit expensive consider I have already beared the room charge, including tax was almost 2000yen per night. There are plenty of space in the car park and the hotel should consider free of charge for the customers who stay in the hotel. The other important point is the room temperature as there is no air conditioning in my room at least during the 3 nights i stayed. There is no heat or cold air conditioning function in the room but only fan. Hard to get a nice sleep with this temperature condition and it is hard to imagine what is like in real summer time.

Good view, good location, spacious room

Parking should be free of charge for customers who stay in the hotel or at least have some discount. There is no air conditioning in the room which makes the room not too comfortable and hard to sleep well.

海側のお部屋だったので景色がとても良かったです。 お部屋の広さも十分で清潔感もありました。

シャワーの温度調節が難しく時間が掛かった点が少し残念でした。
