I expected my resort level in Cabo San Lucas nor at reast Ritscarlton Hilton Resort SPA level Too much disappointed None of Japanese speak any of language I speak Then all people in Sapporo especially nearby seven eleven had a right to call police?? They are just cash cash forever cash... Give me a break Its too boring I wish I came w/ Rich Chonese people nor Korean people or all of my friends from worlds For 1 month and half Police and hotels and people are stalking after me.. pls give me a break Everybody include yr childlen speak English They don't even understand stalking or stalker for sure.. "Old and dusty, needs renovation"

I thought I will have a blast at this location but its was just a disappointment. Service was nice but they have a limited power to change or to improve the Hotel. Sadly I can’t recommend this hotel, it’s need a complete renovation outside and inside.
