The toilet didn't work microwave didn't work water pressure for the shower was weak floor was nasty and sticky we complained about it they did nothing we wanted to switch rooms they said they were booked up

Lots of things, cleanliness was mediocre at best, breakfast was cold and lack luster, when we got there originally they told us they were overbooked and didnt have my room

Location was convenient, staff was nice

In one word: Grungy There were broken tiles in the bathroom floor, and sharp edges sticking up which is very hazardous. The carpet looked clean but felt gross. The king bed was literally uneven / slanted, one side firmer than the other. There was a strange smell coming from the plumbing drains. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The included breakfast was very lackluster.
