"Nice hotel adjoining game park "

Hotel accommodation was very pleasant. Staff is very friendly. Food is very good. Buffet is a little on the expensive side but it appears it is intended to subsidize lunch which is very reasonable. Learnt on checking out of hotel it is actually located beside a popular game park. This is good for promotion but not mentioned by staff or any information on brochures. Needed map of Harare or even Zimbabwe but neither was available at the hotel. Regrettable. Overall very good and very comfortable sleeping accommodation. Very restful/

We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation only to discover it the day we checked in. The manager on duty couldn't help us much and she also embarrassed us saying we didn't pay the money for booking. She mentioned that we shouldn't have paid the bill to Hotel.com which showed that she hasn't got enough training in that Jon. Resolved the problem in the end. The staff are not friendly and the bathroom is very difficult to get in and out no rail handles to hold especial for the disabled people. Too many steps to go to the restaurant. Food was nice .
