They restricted me and didn’t refund my deposit as I was refused to check in but on the system it says I was confirmed

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I was told by a reservation place that I called that it was a 3 1/2 star. Hotel when my friend looked it up for me it was only a one and a half star. As soon as I walked in and seen the place, I went to the girl working and asked for a refund. She said no I tried to get out of it and book somewhere else. The girl was very unfriendly. It didn’t even have a hotel like lobby when you walk in there’s a coffee pot on the right for everybody in the hotel to use instead of having it in your room. There was a girl sat at the desk, froze to death. Just want a little table chair and laptop. The hotel itself was disgusting. At one point, I asked the same girl for face cloths. She told me they don’t have face cloths. I said well how do you wash your face? She said I don’t wash my face here. I said well how do you expect me to wash mine? It’s totally not a hotel like I was told the pictures were so misleading. It looks like a place you’d bring a lady of the night for the night. You could hear everything happening in the rooms around. I spent three nights there because I had to I couldn’t get out of it. I cringed every time I walked into the place. I tried to stay out as much as possible. Just go there to sleep it ruined my three nights in Montreal. I don’t recommend anybody to go there. Take my advice.
