Excellent Hotel. The location was perfect. Only 15 rooms (very private). Right in front of the Cathedral. Can't say enough about the staff. They were all wonderful. They helped us book private tours of the city and surrounding towns. Best place to stay in Morelia. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful place. We had a room on the top floor, facing the Cathedral, the view was just amazing. The staff is very kind. The breakfast is delicious. The location can be more central (slightly noisy on weekends nights but totally manageable, isolated windows and earplugs provided :-). I would definitively recommend this place!

I've checked in and, when I came back they took my stuff out without my authorization. Money got missing and because I've complain they black glag me instead of trying to make up for there huge terrible service. Restaurant food is cold and it takes them forever to deliver your food. We all are at different times

I had already my room without telling me they took my stuff out and gave the room to someone else.very unprofessional they stole several items from my personal belongings

Excellent hotel, first class amenities, the staff is amazing. In the Historic area, and walking distance to the cathedral. Efrain was extremely gracious and helpful. He arranged a trip for us to see the butterflies with Hil (be sure to take a trip with Hil).He had boxed lunches waiting for us when we left for the day trip. He also made local dinner reservations for us.

Perfect location, across cathedral in city center. very attentive service. spotty wifi. good room service and other attentiveness. Most of all, gem of architecture, classic colonial style. Near lots of eating, drinking and historic tourism options.

I enjoyed the available bikes to ride around the town. I also enjoyed the coffee available outside our room

This is without a doubt the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. There is nothing I can compare the beauty of this hotel to. Prepare to feel like a celebrity!

I've stayed two nights in this hotel. +: - just beautiful: a 17th century building, recently renovated, with a very nice decoration, a lot of paintings and scultpures - very spacious rooms: 70 sqm at least, with 5 meter ceilings - a lot of goodies (Piñeda Covalin bathroom utensils, Nespresso machine, super nice pens, slippers) - perfect location: right in the center of Morelia, 50m away from the cathedral - quiet (at least my room) - checkout at 1pm -: -no natural light in my room, no window -staff forgot to mention that I had to pay for the parking, I found out during the check out -on the first day, I asked a staff member if they had a rooftop and he said no. On my last day, I pressed the wrong button on the elevator and found out they did have a terrace with an amazing view on the cathedral... - when arriving at breakfast, the staff told me it was not included. I had a doubt and checked my reservation which was mentioning that it was indeed included; I had to put the booking under their nose for them to believe me. Still, at the end the waiter asked me to sign a receipt and heavily insisted that the tip was not included... - supposedly, my booking included a "free drink". No one proposed it to me and when I pointed that out at the check out, there was no reaction from the staff member. - wifi was not working well from my room - quite expensive: you can find a nice room in a Best Western or equivalent for 1/3 of the price
