Cantera Diez Hotel Boutique

I had an amazing experience at Cantera Diez Hotel. The room was exquisite and somehow, the bathroom even more so. I have stayed at Juaninos and Soledad before, but this hotel in my opinion is better. However, if you are looking for a quite room, be aware that there may be an event on the rooftop. Overall wonderful stay and I can’t wait to come back.

Nice hotel right across the cathedral and surrounding restaurant and local shops. Staff and the service of the hotel are A . I got to the hotel really earlier to check in my check in was at 3 but i got there at 5 am because I had a early flight and they had a room for me. Easy transaction to check in and check out. Will be going there for next time again.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, steps away from the cathedral. Modern, clean and very well designed.

My stay was nothing short of magical — I felt like (and was treated like) royalty throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and pristine, with cleanliness and sanitation being an obvious priority. The staff was incredibly friendly, and was very patient with my less-than-perfect Spanish. The food, which I enjoyed each morning, was 10/10 excellent. The valet parking was very convenient, and all other hotel amenities helped make my stay an amazing one. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the beautiful view of the cathedral and proximity to so many things in the downtown area!

The entire experience was phenomenal. This is literally the best hotel in front or near the cathedral in the downtown area. Everyone was amazing at Cantera 10, especially Gracie, Minerva, Gilberto, Faustino, and Jose Luis!! The entire staff made my stay pleasurable. I strongly recommend that you spend the extra few dollars and upgrade to the cathedral view room. 1001-1010. These are the best rooms - Modern and Amazing views. Will definitely stay here when I return to Morelia.

The hotel is in a great location. The view from our master suite was beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We loved it here.

Beautiful hotel, it literally has the best location in the historic center. We stayed in the master suite. It was totally worth it. We had the best view to the cathedral. Food was great. Service was excellent Cleaning sevice was great. I will be staying here again.

I liked the location and the nice and polite staff. I didn't like the shower, it had lots of different controls attached to this strange wooden console! It was horrible and messy, everything got wet, but the worst part is that you only get boiling water out of it. And the air conditioner didn't work! So it was super hot and we didnt get any sleep! We called the reception twice but they could not help! The price you pay is not adequate for what you get!

This is a beautiful hotel with a fabulous staff! From the stocked snacks, to the every day “delivered chocolates”, this is a fabulous hotel with staff that goes well above the standard. My ONLY negative is the rooms are dark!
