The hotel staff was extremely nice. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel was amazing! Clean, friendly! We stayed at Cantera Hotel for 7 nights, great service, food was good, staff were amazing, especially Hugo, Victor, and Gabby, amazing people. Simply excellent. I’ve stayed here before, the decor and interesting features make this spot a standout! Luis was super helpful as was all of the reception staff and housekeeping. They really bent over backwards to help and offer suggestions. The restaurant serves great food and major points of interest are within walking distance. The rooftop garden is great. The staff is hardworking and aim to make sure you have a great stay. Great experience!

The hotel has an undeniably unbeatable location. We literally had the Morelia cathedral in our room. The rooms have been made up with taste and care. We are in a heritage building and yet nothing of the contemporary comfort is missing. The staff is exemplary in courtesy and friendliness, especially Ugo. We would certainly have enjoyed our stay even more if they spoke a little more English. This will help communication between customers and staff. The breakfast which is included in the room rate is tasty and generous. Applause to the whole team!

Excellent property and quality rooms

A really wonderful hotel in the best location on the main square! Super friendly and accommodating staff, specifically Faucitini, Fernando, and Armando but front desk, maids, bell boys were are exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was super, use of bikes was wonderful fior the Sunday morning closure of Main Street fir biking and walking etc. we loved this hotel and our master suites!

Excellent service from the staff. Beautiful building. Amazing breakfast. We were upgraded to their “best suite” which was stunning. However, I wasn’t a fan of having the all-glass shower/tub in the bedroom, but I really disliked having 2 steps to get up into the room and 2 steps to get up to the toilet room. In fact, there were small steps (floor variations in height) all over; there was one at our room’s front door. This might be a concern for some guests.
