Sheraton Shunde Hotel

Lounge staffs are very nice, polite and helpful when I need help every time. Hot and cold food as well as desserts are offerred. Even though it's not like a normal buffet, it's a good place to have it there. There are various kinds of wines you can try and taste.

The lounge is served par excellent by Thea and her team. The food is adequate for business travelling nary a worry of what for dinner. After a relaxing walk by the park a stone throw away. A quite quaint place to layover for business. Highly recommended.

Too Dark! No atmosphere, seem desolate!

It's a grand hotel over a terrace overlooking DeSheng River. We got upgraded to a river view room with Lounge access. The hotel was nicely maintained and cleaner than my expectations given its age. The lounge was a nice place to relax. There you got the nice view facing RongQi harbour on the opposite river bank and you got nice food during evening hours as well. Our room was on the floor below the lounge with the nice view as well. The staff was helpful. Especially Chen Xiaoyang who responded quickly to our requests. She gave us a restaurant guide to the Shunde area when we had no idea where to go. The house keeper FangXuJun also did a great job throughout our 4-night stay. Breakfast was ok. We accidentally left behind a mobile phone charger-line and guess it's Fang who found it and sent it to the conceirge for us to collect. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

Excellent service and nice experience. I stayed four days and it's easy to use the facility in the hotel. Very helpful staffs and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for those travel for business or for personal. Family friendly hotel as well.
