Rooms were clean and comfy

There was nobody in the entire hotel who speaks English and I was lucky to travel with my colleague from HK who speaks the local language otherwise was unable to order food, drinks and answers on my Questions. I saw many other foreign guests struggling and unable to order drinks and food. I find it amazing that an international Hotel has no English speaking staff and next time will not book this hotel anymore.

Stayed in a suite with free upgrade due to status. Great room, although location is in a quiet area. There are a row of coffee shops & restaurants across the road though no 7/11 or similar close by. Breakfast is decent, not 5 star quality but fresh rice rolls was really good. It did get busy at 9am, club bfast v quiet but also v limited bfast

Amazing huge hotel with big drive in and big lobby. Friendly staff. If possible, take rooms on top floors, as then you have opportunity for using a business lobby on top, where yoi can work, drink for free, have also a brrakfast. A bit less to offer as breakfast on the ground floor, but still great. You can also check out here on the top. More peacefull, less people.
