Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. 일반객실에 머물렀는데 단체팀이 이틀 연속 있어 불편했고, 객실에 샴푸와 수건도 충분치 않고 여러번 일본여행을 했지만 최악의 숙소였던 것 같아요. 오래된 호텔이라 모든게 낡고 특별한게 없어 실망입니다. 그러나 우레시노는 작은시골이라 대중교통을 이용할 수 없었는데 숙소에서 픽업과 라이드를 해주셔 감사했습니다.

導航清楚，只是因高速公路某路段封閉多花了半個小時才到達，店內員工友善，飯店內餐廳很好，早餐也很不錯，有機會會再入住

スタッフの対応、部屋も広く、小さい子がいたがとても使いやすかった。私の泊まった部屋の廊下には冷房がきいていないようで、部屋は十分に涼しかったが廊下は暑かったです。風呂ももう少し遅くまで開いていてほしい。山側の部屋で虫がでた。私の部屋は2階でしたが、エレベーターがなく、荷物が重かったです。かなり厳しめに書かせて頂きましたが、館内の雰囲気はとてもよく、10点中8点ぐらいでしょうか。

숙소에서 0바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다. 전체적으로 방에서 꿉꿉하고 습해서 향이 좋지 않았고 고급 료칸이고 크기도 커서 기대했는데 실망이에요. 또 별도 료칸tax안내를 못받았는데 퇴실할때 갑자기 료칸tax를 달라고 해서 당황했습니다.
