Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. "朝 コーヒー飲ませて下さい！"

朝食のブッフェは美味しかったが、コーヒーがないのが かなり不満でした。コーヒーマシーンはあるのに何故飲ませてくれないのか？

●宿泊確認の電話を、もらった際に館内レストランを勧められ、料理を折り返し連絡すしたら満席といわれた。先に押さえて連絡待つなどの配慮不足(是非と勧められ、外部の予約をキャンセルして予約しようとしたため、二度手間になった) ●ホテル内のトイレが和式基準で、洋式少ない。 ●部屋の浴室がシャワーのみだった。 ●温泉など、建物内の移動が、無駄に分かり辛い(古いから仕方ない!？)

저희는 다다미 방으로 예약을 했는데 처음여행이라 조금 어색했는데 잠자리도 편리했고 방도 넓었어요.. 그리고 뒷편에 계곡물이 흐르며 저녁야경도, 아침경치도 좋았어요.. 그리고 여성전용 온천과 일반온천 모두 이용해봤는데..물이 정말 매끈거리며 좋았어요.. 아침조식도 맛있게 먹고 사가 여행중에서 가장 만족했던 장소입니다.
